Kid And His World…

Submitted to March Challenge

His eyes seek his mother,

Tilting and rotating his head,

His eyes light up when he sees her,

His hands go up in the air to catch her,

Because that’s New World for him

His hands taking mud to his mouth,

As if he is having a chocolate or candy,

Taking that mud filled mouth to his mother,

Like he has won the war and earned the glory,

Because that’s New World for him

His first steps towards his mother,

His first step outside of the house,

Make him believe in himself and,

Joy on his face is unmatchable,

Because that’s New World for him

First animal seen on the streets,

And the leap towards him to catch it,

Not being aware of the consequences,

But still the mighty heart to do it,

Because that’s New World for him

Resting in his mother’s arms,

He stalks everyone passing by,

With very curious and staring eyes,

As if he knows them or wants to know,

Because that’s New World for him

Chakra — Life Cycle #aros

True To Themselves… #aros

Heart – A Poor Chap…

Heart is such a poor chap,

It expects a lot of things,

Every time things break him badly,

But every time it collects the pieces

Somewhere deep within it knows,

That people are not what he thinks,

Still he wants them to be good with him,

But he only finds himself being with chinks

He doesn’t have a sibling like ears or eyes,

Who can be there for each other at all times,

Or it’s not like hairs which have thousands of pals,

It’s a single entity in the body

Take impure blood and spit pure blood out,

But I wish converse should be true with people,

Count only good people and spit bad ones out,

But as I said, Heart is a poor chap.

Planned Spontaneity…

Water turning rapidly,

Out of the blue and,

On a straight terrain,

Is spontaneous

Flowers blooming afresh,

On any day of week,

With no certain timing,

Is spontaneous

Wind flowing hay where,

With no certain direction,

Always changing its course,

Is spontaneous

Chromosomes of a human,

X and Y, two of them,

Mixing and matching,

Is spontaneous

But frankly speaking,

Every spontaneous action,

Is somehow planned,

Right or wrong

Its implications differ,

Bringing about evolution,

As Darwin has said,

Is Planned Spontaneity

As a Child…

As a child, he always found,

Every burning flame to be catchy,

The mud on the ground as eat worthy,

Running out of clutches of hands as try worthy,

And not getting what wanted as cry worthy.

As a child, he always found,

The colour of skin, not a hindrance in friendship,

The disability, not a barrier in relationship,

The excellence, not a stopper from mending boundaries,

Money, not a mean to differentiate standards

As a child, he always found,

Nature to be real friend and guide to wisdom,

Books to be real path finder to the World,

Parents to be the real friends and philosophers,

Education to be real thing and not just degree

Woes of A Father…

He pulled the kid close to him. There was an urge of a father in pulling the kid. The kid too willingly went into the arms of that person and hugged him till his small hands could reach. The man held the kid with one hand and maneuvered the road blocking rod with other hand. He uses the spot under the tree shadow to make himself safe from beaming Sun rays and dry heat.

The kid was now trying to get rid of from the clutches of that man and run or move wildly on the road. And the man saw danger in it as he was blocking the internal road from the main road, and if the boy runs of main road he might hurt himself. But the kid was oblivious to the facets of manic traffic on the road and etiquettes to follow.

While trying to keep the kid in the clutches the expression on father’s face changed. It was clear from his expressions that he was feeling proud as well as worried about the child’s future. Proud for the reason that the kid found himself as a student in some local playschool and worried because he earned meager salary to fulfill the household necessities and his child’s education. Proud because he felt he is doing the right thing by working hard and earning money for his family. He is treading the right path and has not involved himself in some wrong ways of earning money. This was his hard work’s money, but worried because his daily job was to guard the internal road from main road traffic. He was now thinking, when my son grows and goes to school, will telling my job profile bring shame in him??
